SAN FRANCISCO, CA:  Artist Jay Howell’s show Midnight on the Sun with Mark Whalen (Kill Pixie) at FFDG was a huge success.  This is the last available Jay Howell piece from that show!

I think this piece is so rad because it just proves that Jay is making art that makes him laugh no matter if it is sellable or not.  Bad ass.  

First of all congrats to our buddy artist Jay Howell and Mark Whalen on their show Midnight On the Sun, which opened to a huge crowd last Saturday, February 18 @FFDG gallery in SF.  Unfortunately I was unable to attend, but I heard that it was a truly fun filled evening of art buying and boozing!

Looks like Jay sold out on his pieces and has just posted a few more he’s been working on.  Also, he writes that he’ll be working on a “bike . . for GT and also more Creature Skateboards.” We can’t wait!

We’re very to announce 3 very exciting developments in regards to Mario Martinez (Mars-1) show opening up @FFDG’s temporary gallery space (248 Clement St. @4th Ave) Friday, Nov 11th (6-9pm).

Firstly, the El Tonayense taco truck will be there providing FREE tacos as a gift from some friends of FFDG. Tasty tacos and other Mexican fair will be served from the truck 6-9pm. Get there early.
