SKINNER X DOG WARRIOR TSHIRT

Sacramento based artist SKINNER recently added this hilarious design aka the Dog Warrior T-shirt to his shop page on Zero Friends.   I mean check it out!! How bad-ass is that shirt?  The warrior is palming the dog’s head while the dog is wearing some nice cowboy boots. I’d go into war with that thing too.

The shirt is $28 Printed on BLACK American Apparel Unisex Tee.   Make sure you grab one before they’re all gone.

“Brown Jenkins” Figure Release! Lovecraft Education Project!!! BY SKINNER

Artist SKINNER along with Jay222 recently released 2.20.12 a super limited 10 only “Brown Jenkins” figures which were $100 each a moment ago, but they’ve already SOLD OUT!!  Seriously a fast fast sell out!!  We’re hoping they re-release some more of these evil looking bad boys.

This is the second release in Jay222 and my Lovecraft figure project which works as a kind of education about Lovecraft regarding non CTHULHU stuff because that seems like all that people associate the name with…Brown Jenkins is from a story called, Dreams in The Witch House…A story about an old witch, her familiar and a college student who is going to learn that sorcery and mathematics do mix…the hard way…I love this story…Stuart Gordon did a short fiolm version of it for that Masters Of Horror thing for HBO, which you should check out…This is a Spectral Creeping version of Brown Jenkins…This is what I imagine him to look like when he is traveling between worlds with Keziah Mason, A witch of unparalleled abilities to travel utilizing evil sorcery and geometry/mathematics…He is glowing and transcendental..an unnatural glow to his evil..Here is an excerpt from the story describing him……

SKINNER’S New Book ‘EVERY MAN IS MY ENEMY’

Man, it’s finally here!  Artist and Vans collaborating artist SKINNER has just released a new 172 page book Every Man Is My Enemy, featuring 250 illustrations and photos.  Each book is hand-signed by SKINNER, an added bonus.  Gotta get a copy of this book at ZeroFriends.com, especially if you want to see how it’s done!

Influenced by 80s pop culture, human struggle, myths and violence dungeons and dragons, and the heavy metal gods, Skinner’s mind is one full of mayhem fueled by a calculated chaos. His work has been shown all over the universe — at places like the Museum of Graphic Design in Breta, Netherlands, the Illustrative Festival in Berlin, Germany, Japan, France, and the states from LA to New York and everywhere in between. He recently participated in the epic ‘Suggestivism’ exhibition at the Grand Central Arts Center. His most recent solo exhibit entitled ‘The Fear You May Know’ reigned at White Walls Gallery in SanFrancisco in the summer of 2010. Skinner’s work has been featured in many publications, including Blisss, Juxtapoz, Hi Fructose, and Beautiful / Decay.
